Monthly Wash Pass Terms & Conditions
The Monthly Wash Pass provides a package of washes (and vacuum credits where available) on a monthly basis for each month that the pass is renewed. The Monthly Wash Pass automatically renews until the Customer cancels the service via the app. Captain Shine Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the program as it deems necessary.
Cancellation & Refunds
Membership may be canceled at any time; however, no refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods. Captain Shine Car Wash reserves the right to close the wash at times due to adverse weather conditions or maintenance, with or without notice.
Vehicle Usage
The Monthly Wash Pass price is based on one vehicle washed at Captain Shine Car Wash facilities. The Customer understands that washing another vehicle using the Monthly Wash Pass barcode will result in that vehicle being automatically added to the Customer's Monthly Wash Pass family plan, and the Customer agrees to the associated increase in monthly charges.
Recurring Billing
By enrolling in the Monthly Wash Pass program, the Customer agrees that the credit or debit card provided may be charged automatically through recurring billing for subscription renewal. The Customer also agrees to waive any and all rights to withhold or delay payment of related charges, whether described in the Customer's agreement with the card issuer or otherwise.
Communications Consent
By enrolling with an email address and cell phone number, the Customer provides explicit consent to receive communications from Captain Shine Car Wash via email and text messaging regarding their wash pass account, car wash operations, updates, and marketing communications. Customers may unsubscribe at any time through standard unsubscribe or cancellation methods; however, unsubscribing may result in losing access to automated account alerts.
Promotions
The Monthly Wash Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
Image & Likeness
By subscribing to the Monthly Wash Pass service, the Customer grants Captain Shine Car Wash and its technology supplier, Dencar Technology Inc, irrevocable permission to capture the Customer's image and likeness in photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media ("Images"). The Customer acknowledges that Dencar Technology Inc will own such Images and grants permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print, and reprint such Images in any manner related to its business, including but not limited to publications, advertisements, brochures, website images, or other electronic displays and transmissions.
The Customer waives any right to inspect or approve the use of such Images prior to their use and releases and holds Dencar Technology Inc harmless from any and all liability arising from the use of such Images. The Customer further waives any and all claims or causes of action relating to the use of the Images, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy or rights of publicity.
