Captain Shine Car Wash & My Wash Membership App

The Captain Shine Car Wash App / My Wash Membership App provides for the management of car wash services. The Monthly Wash Pass provides a package of washes and ancillary service credits, where available, on a monthly basis for each month that the pass is renewed.

Subscription & Renewal

The Monthly Wash Pass automatically renews until the Customer cancels the service through the app. Captain Shine Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the program at any time.

Membership may be canceled at any time; however, no refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods. Captain Shine Car Wash reserves the right to close the wash at times due to adverse weather conditions or required maintenance, with or without prior notice.

Vehicle Usage

The Monthly Wash Pass price is based on one vehicle washed at Captain Shine Car Wash facilities. The Customer understands that washing another vehicle using the Monthly Wash Pass will result in that vehicle being automatically added to the Customer's family plan, and the Customer agrees to the associated increase in monthly charges.

Billing

By enrolling in the Monthly Wash Pass program, the Customer agrees that the credit or debit card provided may be charged automatically through recurring billing. The Customer understands that the service is a monthly subscription that can be canceled at any time through the app.

If a Customer cancels their subscription and re-enrolls within 30 days of expiration, the re-enrollment date will be set to the same day of the month as the previous subscription and will be billed as a continuation of the prior billing cycle.

The Customer agrees to waive any rights to withhold or delay payment of related charges.

Communications

By enrolling with an email address and cell phone number, the Customer provides consent to receive communications from Captain Shine Car Wash via email and text messaging regarding account activity, operations, updates, and marketing. Customers may unsubscribe at any time but understand that doing so may limit access to account alerts.

Information Collected

Information collected by the app may include:

• Location services data
• App analytics
• Notification services
• Credit card payment information
• Payment history
• Name, phone number, and email address

Promotions

The Monthly Wash Pass cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Image & Likeness

By subscribing, the Customer grants Captain Shine Car Wash and Dencar Technology Inc permission to capture and use their image and likeness in various media formats. Dencar Technology Inc retains ownership of such Images and may use them for business-related purposes including advertising and digital content.

The Customer waives the right to inspect or approve use of these Images and releases Dencar Technology Inc from liability related to their use, including claims involving privacy or publicity rights.

Data Sharing

Captain Shine Car Wash does not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Data is only shared when necessary to provide services and under agreements that ensure confidentiality. Under no circumstances will mobile data be sold or shared for advertising purposes.
